Winter and summer: which will win?

An early Wordless Wednesday this week!

I took this photo a few days ago. It seems strange to see a lovely rose juxtaposed against the wintry sky and bare tree in the background.

And I'm reminded of this verse:

As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest,
cold and heat, summer and winter
day and night will never cease.
- Genesis 8:22

  5. So pretty. I think winter will win but it is unfortunate! I could totally go for 70 degree days all through winter : ) Thanks so much for linking up at Communal Global. We are very glad you joined us.
