Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
½ tsp freshly gound pepper
½ tsp. dried (or 1 t fresh) rosemary
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 450. Place potatoes in a large roasting pan. Toos with oil, salt, pepper, & rosemary til evenly coated. Spread out potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Serve immediately.

Serves 5-6
