Not long ago, I joined a local photography club that arranges opportunities for members to go to a variety of different locations - from the zoo to the local park to fashion shows - to photograph a variety of different scenes. This past weekend, we went on a wonderful trip to the mountains of North Carolina, where we had the opportunity to visit several of this state's many beautiful waterfalls. Here are a few shots I took while there:

These are all so beautiful! This is the second post about NC falls in sweet shot I've found today! We vacationed in NC last summer, but I don't think we visited any of these. We went to Elk River Falls and a couple other small ones on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's such a gorgeous state. I wish I lived closer.
