A tasty way to prepare one of my favorite vegetables.
2 pounds of fresh asparagus, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
4 tsp soy sauce
Cover asparagus in salted boiling water and cook til just tender; do not overcook
Rinse immediately in cold water to stop the cooking process, then pat dry.
Mix the remaining ingredients & pour over the asparagus. Toss lightly to coat
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
