Ingredients:
Chicken broth - 2 14.5 oz cans
Cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
Eggs - 2, lightly beaten
Green onions - 2 Tbsp (Actually, I used more.)
What to do with them:
Slowly heat chicken broth & cornstarch, stirring constantly til thickened.
Drizzle egg into simmering broth while stirring.
Eat up!

ReplyDeleteIt is VERY important that you do a S-L-O-W drizzle or you'll end up with a scrambled egg mixture in the soup. Learned that the hard way, way back when. Of course, it was still delicious, but like looking at 'brains' in your soup. Come visit when you can.
