We went to the beach last week, and during an early morning stroll I saw some men fishing using hand-cast nets. I was fascinated with watching them! Hope you enjoy these photos as well.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures -- makes me wonder if I am so thoughtful when I cast my nets -- am I catching what God intends me to catch? Am I placing my nets in the right places? Thought-provoking pictures!
ReplyDeleteThere is such an artisty in fishing, especially when fishing like these men or when fly fishing. Beautiful photos...
ReplyDeleteThey remind me of the way the Holy Spirit enables us to become fishers of men. In spite of who we are, He works through us, gracefully and mercifully drawing others to Himself.
These are really great shots - I really like the third one.

ReplyDeleteI really liked how the light fell on the net. As I scrolled down I couldn't wait to see the next shot. I actually have seen this done in Maui but with a larger net and more people involved You were lucky to see that event.
