Hi Jeannette - I went to your site (LOVELY, by the way), but didn't see the photo you're referring to. Unfortunately the butterfly in the 3rd shot was camera shy - I never got closer to him (or her) than about 10 feet away. Not sure what it was. The wings were almost translucent. Beautiful!!!
Great photos. I 'm over from Shah's Weekend Hop. I shared some photos myself for my entry. Butterflies and other insects and animals are hard to photograph sometimes. You have to be quick. These turned out beautiful.
