3 C shredded cabbage
1 C chopped apples
1 C seedless red grapes, halved
1/3 C vanilla yoghurt
2 tsp milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Mix yoghurt, milk, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl to make the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, apple, & grapes.
Pour dressing over all, toss lightly to coat, cover, & chill for 2-6 hours.
If desired, sprinkle with sunflower seeds just before serving.

This sounds simply yummy! Reminds me of a slaw my grandmother used to make...I haven't had it in years- I must fix that ;)

Anything with cabbage sounds great and if you add yogurt and cinnamon it is far more then delicious
