Ingredients
Broccoli florets - 4-6 cups
Cauliflower florets - 3 cups
Golden raisins - 1/2 C
Walnuts (optional) - 1/2
Red onion for garnish (optional) - sliced thin
Mayonnaise - 1/2 C
Honey - 1 tsp (or can substitute sugar if you prefer)
Cider vinegar - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, & nuts. Toss with mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill before serving. Garnish with onions if desired.

This looks delicious. It's a slight variant on my fresh broccoli salad where I mix half mayo and half sour cream and use crispy bacon instead of raisins.
