Asparagus, 1 bunch
Balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp
Butter, 2 Tbsp
Cooking spray
Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Soy sauce, 1 Tbsp
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Trim the tough stuff off the ends of the asparagus.
Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray, season to taste with salt & pepper.
Bake asparagus for 12 minutes in preheated oven, or until tender. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove the pan from heat and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Pour over the baked asparagus, toss to coat asparagus, and serve.
Really easy, and really good!!!
