I wish I could say that I thought this was unusual or just this group of incumbents, but unfortunately these things have been going on for a long time. The sad part is that I know these people are stupid...they're intelligent...so the only thing that leaves is either A) completely irresponsible or B) arrogant that what they are doing is of utmost importance or C) a combination of both.
