You know, I saw this on the news and nearly fainted. Can you imagine? Does she have any idea how dangerous and toxic botox is? Unbelieveable, I hope Social Services gets involved before she arranges breast implants for this dear little girl.

I saw this on the news as well and my first reaction was a strong desire to punch this mother in the face. I'm not a violent person but the story made me so sick to my stomach and angry! I feel so sorry for this poor child. She is going to be so messed up when she gets older. I agree with you 100%--social services should DEFINITELY be involved.
This is just disgusting to say the least. I heard yesterday that she was arrested but I don't know if that was true.
The underlying problem here is that so many people are obsessed with their appearance that they lose all sense of control and that's what happened here. The mother is obviously disturbed and needs help and her child taken away from her until and if she gets the help she needs.
I heard about this yesterday at work but had not seen the news clip before now! Thanks for posting. First, why would a mother subject her child to the world of "BEAUTY" pageants to begin with. Dressing children up like Hoochie Mamas..does not define beauty! Next, I hope this child was taken away from her mother. As said above, this mother needs help!! Any person in their right mind would not inject Botox into a child!
..and this...all in the name of Beauty. Wake up America, cherish the beautiful bodies given to us by God!
My goodness! What an eye opening video, I didn't know mothers actually do this to their kids for a pageant! What is the price? Not enough to put your kids through it for sure. 1) The woman is an abuser, and insane as the rest of those moms that do it. 2) Not sure, but someone should call them for the sake of that child. It is a horrible life to have to live with those expectations.
I got so mad when I first saw this story, that woman is a lunatic. What mother in their right mind would inject Botox into their child? I believe I heard she is being investigated, I hope something is done. The little girl is more than likely already warped for life.

really?!? what 8 year old has wrinkles? What about the Doctor giving it to mom?
