One thousand

I started this blog with my first post on March 4, 2009. According to this site, that's 788 days ago. Yesterday, I put up my 1000th post. I wonder if that means I talk too much? I'm afraid to ask my husband... he's always honest, and sometimes just a tad too frank. (Sorry, hon... I'm honest, too...)

At any rate, I've got a couple of reasons for putting up this particular post.

First, I want to thank those of you who have visited, commented, and followed this blog. You're truly great, and I'm truly grateful.

Secondly, I wanted to seek your input. What do you like about this blog? What would you change? Do you have any suggestions for improving it?

  1. I always wonder the same thing about myself. I started my blog in March of this year. I feel like I just have so much to say and not enough time. So I started sitting down when inspiration hit and writing out my blogs as they came and saving them as drafts. I release them a few at a time or as needed which is nice that I don't have to "dwell" on my posts, but at the same time wondering if I "talk" to much. LOL

  3. All I have to say is wow - that's a lot of posts !

    I'm still too new to In Him We Live to have an opinion (just don't let my husband know I said that - he thinks I have an opinion about everything LOL)

  7. Hey Gal! Congratulations on your 1000 posts! As far as whether to change your blog, as very wise young lady (Redhead Riter) once told me write for yourself. If you like your blog, and what you write, that's what matters. Another thing, if you are having questions about your blog, I would suggest praying about it. That's what I do. If I get a peace within my spirit afterward or my I feel in my spirit to do something different, then I do it. Otherwise, I leave it alone. I told God when I first started my blog that it was His and I wanted His will to be done, so I pray about it quite a bit. Hope that helps.
