It doesn't get easier than this!

This recipe is supposedly for breakfast, but it's also a great low-cal dessert that takes no time to make! Each grapefruit will serve two people.

Broiled Spiced Grapefruit
Ingredients:
1 large grapefruit, halved
1/4 tsp of allspice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Preheat broiler. Set grapefruit halves in ovenproof dish. Mix together brown sugar & allspice, spread over surface of fruit.

Broil for 3-5 minutes til sugar is bubbly & carmelized.
